Cedar is the man of your dreams! Very playful, friendly and will take any opportunity to be loved and snuggled. He absolutely loves meeting new people and new dogs and would do well in a home with another pup. Cedar was born with a condition called megaesophagus which is when his esophagus loses the ability to move food down to his stomach. He is like any normal puppy but instead gets to eat in his special chair, which he thoroughly enjoys the extra attention at meal time. This special little boy got a second chance at life and is looking for just the right adopter.
