Cordova Coastal Chophouse brings Moroccan vibe to St. A

The inside of Casa Monica Resort & Spa has undergone renovations and offers a new look.  This includes Cordova Coastal Chophouse (formerly Costa Brava). While the hotel lobby and restaurant lean heavily into a Morrocan flair, Executive Chef Rob DeGrassi has reimagined the menu to include Morrocan flavor while still maintaining some Spanish influences.  The River City Live Team made a trip down to St. Augustine to immerse themselves in the experience. www.cordovachophouse.com
