Internationally known, award-winning music sensation Akon stopped by the River City Live studios, and stuck around for River City Plus, to tell us all about his new business venture in Jacksonville: He’s bringing his childhood favorite food to the 904.
Akon is introducing Goodfellas Pizza to Norwood -- and giving away 40,000 pizzas this weekend! He says they are the best pies around. Watch the video below to learn why:

Family Fun Day
Treylor Park Nocatee is hosting a free Family Fun Day from 12-3 p.m. Saturday to benefit the Tristyn Bailey Foundation.
