Coast inside Ritz Carlton Amelia part of Amelia Island Dining Month

Amelia Island Dining Month is in full service mode.  24 restaurants are participating in the experience to offer diners a foodie experience with a lot of flavorful variety and more.  Beside exposing people to new flavors, $1 dollar from every meal goes to the Barnabas Center.  This organization strives to provide food for families in Nassau County experiencing food insecurity.  Coast inside the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island is doing their part and Jana sat down with Executive Chef of the Ritz Carlton Resort, Garrett Gooch, to learn more.    www.ameliaisland.com/diningmonth
