Chef Mimi considers herself a global chef with the slogan “think global, eat local”. She believes in using LOCAL high quality ingredients but cooks with GLOBAL influences. She works closely with local farmers and purveyors to ensure her diners eat from the freshest, quality, local ingredients.

Chef Mimi’s goals are two fold: 1) to bring joy and lasting memories through her culinary experiences; and 2) to introduce different tastes and cultures through her global influenced cuisines as a way to connect and build bridges.
