Airport garage fire. I was right across from where it was happening and got some great video I was the first car right behind the valet parking directly across from the fire in the garage I took about 20 minutes of video. Sorry I didn't get it to you earlier but I couldn't get into my SnapJAX account.

Community Nutcracker, Inc. presented $57,500 in donations to Dreams Come True of Jacksonville, We Care Jacksonville, and Lutheran Social Services of Northeast Florida. The funds were raised through the 33rd annual production of The Nutcracker Ballet, held in December 2024 at the Florida Theatre. With this year’s contributions, Community Nutcracker has donated more than $900,000 to local nonprofit organizations since 1992. Since 2005, Dreams Come True has been the principal beneficiary of The Community Nutcracker. Donations from The Community Nutcracker have helped in the fulfillment of nearly 100 dreams.

Today is the first day of the 2025 Wolfson Children's Hospital Bass Tournament. This morning is Lads and Lasses which is open to male/female teams ONLY and is a great opportunity for new and experienced anglers to get involved and ready for Saturday's main event. One registration includes 2 boaters. Weigh-ins begin at 3 p.m. at the stage near the clocktower.

The 2025 Wolfson Children's Hospital Bass Tournament in Palatka, FL will be held on May 15-17, 2025 at the Palatka City Docks. It includes a Lads & Lasses Tournament on Thursday, May 15, a VIP & Friends Tournament on Friday, May 16, and a main tournament on Saturday, May 17. The event is a fundraiser that benefits Wolfson Children's Hospital. - Jim Bailey (05-15-2025)
