It’s the first head coaching football job for Parker, who spent nine seasons at Bartram as an assistant coach. He was hired briefly at Wolfson in 2017 for the head job, but that position didn’t work out and Parker returned to Bartram. Parker has plenty of experience as an assistant and is also a big name in the wrestling community. He’s been the program’s wrestling head coach
Springs went 56-24 with the Golden Eagles, a mark that included a 4-1 record as an interim head coach in 2015. He never finished .500 or below and kept Fleming one of the area’s most consistent public school programs.
I’ve had an amazing 9 years at Bartram Trail! I want to thank everyone from the admin, players, and coaching staff for everything they have done for me! I came to Bartram to learn from the best in hopes of one day becoming a HC. Today that dream becomes a reality! #SoarHigher pic.twitter.com/ZVU0WJ6kr8
