JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The News4JAX Super 6 girls high school basketball rankings will be published each Tuesday — except during Christmas week — through the regular season. Records are through Jan. 15.

Rank, School, Record, Classification

1. (1) Bishop Kenny (14-3, Class 4A)

Notable wins: Bolles, Carolina Forest (SC), Dacula (Georgia), Episcopal, Green Hill (Tennessee), Ribault, Ridgeview, Sports Leadership and Management, Westminster Academy.

Glance: The Crusaders beat their biggest rival, No. 3 Bolles, 46-42 since our last Super 6. They’re back in action this week against Oakleaf (Tuesday) and Buchholz (Thursday). F Clare Coyle (11.5 ppg, 8.1 rpg), Riley Talbert (10.8 ppg) and G Kathleen Crawley (9.5 ppg) have been the top players for the Crusaders.

2. (2) Providence (17-2, Class 3A)

Notable wins: Bartram Trail, Beachside, Bolles, Calvary Christian, Creekside, Episcopal, Graves County (Kentucky), Hawthorne, Madison County, Master’s Academy, Orange Park, Ridgeview, Trinity Catholic, West Port.

Glance: A 1-0 mark for the Stallions since our last Super 6, a tough 48-47 win over Ocala West Port. Tocoi Creek on Friday closes things out this week for Providence. Janie Boyd (13.5 ppg) and Janai Jordan (13.1 ppg) power Providence.

3. (3) Bolles (12-5, Class 4A)

Notable wins: Dougherty (Ga.), Holy Innocents Episcopal (Ga.), Mandarin, Orange Park, Paxon, Ponte Vedra, Raines, St. Mary’s (New York), Whitney Young (Illinois).

Glance: The Bulldogs played just once since our last Super 6 and dropped a tough 46-42 game to rival and No. 1 Kenny. San Jose Prep on Wednesday and Menendez on Friday are next for Bolles. Abby Knauff (16.1 ppg), Evie Freeman (10.5 ppg) and Terrell McCoy (10 ppg, 6.3 rpg) are the Bulldogs players averaging in double figures. Bolles’ local losses are to Bishop Kenny and Providence.

4. (4) Ribault (10-3, Class 4A)

Notable wins: Deltona, Lee (Ala.), Mandarin, Godby, Raines, Rickards, Ridgeview.

Glance: The Trojans haven’t played since a loss to Rickards on Jan. 6. They’re in action this week in the Gateway Conference tournament. Destiny Donaldson (11.1 ppg, 5.6 rpg) and Kayla Massey (10.8 ppg) lead Ribault.

5. (5) San Jose Prep (10-6, Class 3A)

Notable wins: Cumberland County (Tennessee), Florida High, Ponte Vedra, Ribault.

Glance: The Storm beat a very good Ponte Vedra (71-60) in their lone game since our last Super 6. They’ve got Bolles (Thursday) and Sandalwood (Friday) up next.

6. (NR) Beachside (14-3, Class 6A)

Notable wins: Camden County, Excel Christian Academy, Fletcher, Orange Park, St. Joseph, St. Pius X Catholic (Ga.), Tocoi Creek, White.

Glance: The Barracudas are on a tear, winners of 10 straight entering a Friday game against Bartram Trail. Kendall Kane (14.2 ppg) and Morgan Cremen (12.5) are leading Beachside as it enters its final two-week stretch of the regular season.

Dropped out

Ridgeview (8-5, Class 5A).
