JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The News4JAX girls lacrosse Super 6 will be published Monday through the end of the regular season. Records are through March 31 games.

1. (2) Bartram Trail (9-4, Class 2A)

Notable wins: Nease, Oviedo, Ponte Vedra (twice), St. Thomas Aquinas, Tocoi Creek.

Glance: The Bears went 2-1 since our last Super 6, losing to unbeaten Colorado Academy (17-7), beat Creekside by a forfeit and then smashed Buchholz (20-0). Bishop Moore (Monday), Virginia school Bishop Ireton (Wednesday) and Fletcher (Saturday) wrap up the regular season schedule. Ryann Frechette (63 goals, 13 assists), Emily Barnette (37) and Esa Brennemann (29 goals, 11 assists) follow Frechette. The Bears do have a loss to former No. 1 Episcopal as their lone local blemish.

2. (1) Episcopal (7-6, Class 1A)

Notable wins: Bartram Trail, Bolles, Creekside, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Catholic.

Glance: The Eagles went 1-1 since our last Super 6, beating Bolles (15-4) and losing to Ponte Vedra (15-12), so they drop just a spot. Up next for the Eagles are St. Augustine on Thursday and Bishop Ireton, a program from Virginia, on Friday to round out the regular season.

3. (3) Creekside (11-4, Class 2A)

Notable wins: Beachside, Cherokee (Ga.), Fleming Island, Gulf Breeze, Oviedo, St. Augustine, Tocoi Creek, Winter Park.

Glance: The Knights went 2-1 since our last Super 6, beating Beachside (21-2) and Nease (17-4), and sandwiching a forfeit loss to Bartram Trail between those Ws. Ponte Vedra on Monday and Fletcher on Wednesday are next for the Knights. Natalie Charyak leads the Knights with 73 goals and has 22 assists. Hailey Josleyn (26 goals, 24 assists) and Regan Bayly (23 goals, 12 assists) follow Charyak. Thought about moving the Knights down to No. 4, but they face No. 4 Ponte Vedra to decide that spot on Monday night.

4. (4) Ponte Vedra (7-7, Class 1A)

Notable wins: Episcopal, Nease, Oak Hall, Potomac School (Virginia), Tocoi Creek.

Glance: The Sharks went 1-1 since our last Super 6, beating No. 1 Episcopal (15-12) and losing big to a very good 12-2 Hagerty (15-5). Creekside on Monday and then a tough Lake Mary team on Friday. The Sharks will be the favorite to win the District 3-1A tournament next week.

5. (5) Tocoi Creek (10-4, Class 2A)

Notable wins: Bolles, Fleming Island, Menendez, Nease, St. Augustine.

Glance: The Toros topped Nease (16-9) and walloped Atlantic Coast (19-0) since our last Super 6. They round out the regular season with a tough Oak Hall (Tuesday) and Fletcher (Thursday).

6. (6) Bolles (5-7, Class 1A)

Notable wins: Beachside, Creekside, Fletcher, Gulf Breeze.

Glance: The Bulldogs went 0-2 since our last Super 6, losing to a talented Oak Hall (10-8) and then taking a 15-4 loss to previous No. 1 Episcopal. In a little bit of a tough spot with this spot because there’s a big dropoff after this. The Bulldogs’ area losses to Episcopal and Tocoi Creek.
