1. (1) Trinity Christian (14-1, Class 3A)

Notable wins: Baldwin, Buchholz, Clay, Lowndes (Ga.) twice, Mill Creek, Providence.

Glance: The Conquerors don’t know how to lose these days. They’ve won 14 straight, including romps over Baldwin (11-1) and Flagler Palm Coast (8-0) since last week. The return of sophomore phenom Brady Harris has been big for Trinity. He’s hitting .571 with a pair of homers and seven RBI in just 14 at-bats. Aiden Arnett (.489, 2 HR, 17 RBI), Gage Petrutz (.455, HR), Chandler Dantzler (.407) and Brayden Harris (.375) have given the area’s most ferocious lineup its bite. Viera and Calvary Day are next on Friday and Saturday, respectively.

2. (2) St. Johns Country Day (12-2, Class 2A)

Notable wins: Baldwin, Buchholz, Clay, Flagler Palm Coast, Fleming Island, Florida High, North Florida Christian, Thomasville (Ga.), West Nassau.

Glance: The Spartans beat Fleming Island 6-2 in their lone game since our last Super 6. They’ve won four in a row with a 13-3 Calvary Day up next on Friday. James Gilson (.447, 3 HR, 12 RBI), Nick Bowden (.444, 2 HR, 11 RBI), Collin Briggs (.364) and Kolt Myers (.369, 15 RBI) lead the St. Johns regulars.

3. (3) Tocoi Creek (13-2, Class 6A)

Notable wins: Beachside, Christ’s Church, Clay, Episcopal, Father Lopez, Providence, St. Augustine.

Glance: The Toros keep on winning. They beat previously ranked Clay (6-4) since our last Super 6 to bump their winning streak to 12 games. Menendez on Friday will be a challenge, with Ponte Vedra (Monday) and Bartram Trail (Tuesday) after that. dangerous Ponte Vedra. Andy Lemaster (.386, 14 RBI) and Chase Pate (.333, 14 RBI) are leading the offense. Brayden Harris (5-0, 31 Ks, 31.2 IP, 1.55 ERA) leads the Tocoi Creek pitching staff.

Notable wins: Bartram Trail, Christ School (NC), Episcopal, Montverde, Oxford (Ala.), Yulee.

Glance: A 1-1 week since our last Super 6 for the Bulldogs. They crushed Wolfson (11-1) and then saw Creekside push the winning run across in the bottom of the sixth in a 6-5 loss. That marked Bolles’ first loss to an area team this season. A strong Fernandina Beach awaits on Friday night followed by Englewood on Tuesday. Chayce Kieck (.440) and Jackson Geist (.432) are headlining the Bulldogs offense. David Martin (4-1, 47 Ks, 31.1 IP, 1.12 ERA) and Kieck front the pitching staff. Kieck has yet to allow an earned run.

5. (NR) Providence (10-6, Class 3A)

Notable wins: Creekside, Dunnellon, Englewood, Episcopal, Peachtree Ridge, St. Joseph, Trinity Catholic

Glance: The Stallions return to the Super 6 after a two-week absence. They’ve won four straight, including Ws over Episcopal and Trinity Catholic since our last Super 6. They stay in the rankings ahead of Creekside, which beat Bishop Kenny and Oakleaf over the last week. Providence has played the area’s most difficult schedule, according to MaxPreps. Nick Oliveira (.438, 15 RBI) and Andrew Johnson (.347) lead the Stallions at the plate.

6. (5) Bishop Kenny (12-3, Class 4A)

Notable wins: Clay, Fernandina Beach, St. Joseph, Sandalwood, Tocoi Creek.

Glance: Kenny had a 1-1 week, with a 5-2 win over a good but down Ponte Vedra and an 8-3 loss to Creekside. Chiles is on deck Saturday followed by Lincoln and Atlantic Coast to start next week. Owen Delaney (.422, 10 RBI) and Franco Chaluja (.385, 9 RBI) lead the Crusaders.
