JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jaguars get four returning playoff teams out of the gate, play in two prime-time games on the road and have back-to-back games in London again as the 2024 season schedule rolled out on Wednesday night.
The Jaguars open the season at the Dolphins, the third straight season that they open on the road. Then it’s a visit from the Browns and then a trip to the Bills for a Monday Night Football showdown in Week 3. That’s back-to-back years on Monday Night Football for the Jaguars for the first time since 2010-11. Jacksonville lost 34-31 to the Bengals last year in their first Monday nighter since 2011.

They return home in Week 4 to face reigning AFC South champion Houston to wrap up a wicked tough opening month.
Three of the first four games are away from EverBank Stadium, a dose of good and bad news. The bad (outside of that difficult open) is that it’ll be a challenging start before heading to London in Weeks 6 and 7. But for home fans, the tradeoff is three fewer sweltering September days with 1 p.m. kickoffs in Jacksonville.
Jacksonville has a manageable stretch in Weeks 5-7, hosting the Colts and then going back-to-back London games in Chicago (at Tottenham Hotspur as a visitor) and then against the Patriots in Week 7 at Wembley Stadium as the home team. The Jaguars will face second-year starting quarterback Anthony Richardson, and then rookies Caleb Williams and Drake Maye across those three games, respectively.
The Packers and Jordan Love visit in Week 8 and Jacksonville plays at Philadelphia on Sunday Night Football in Week 9.
Their bye comes in Week 12, the latest off week in the franchise’s 30-year history. They face NFC North teams Minnesota in Week 10 and Detroit in Week 11 before the break. The Jaguars wind down with two games against rival Tennessee over the final five weeks of the season. Houston and quarterback CJ Stroud come to town in Week 13 and the Jets and Aaron Rodgers are here in Week 15. Jacksonville will play for the first time at Allegiant Stadium when it visits the Raiders in Week 16. The wrap up the regular season at Indianapolis.
Jacksonville is coming off a 9-8 season that ended poorly. The Jaguars started 8-3 and then tumbled at the finish to miss the playoffs.
