Pro Football Hall of Fame member LeRoy Butler served as the headliner for the annual Police Athletic League camp on June 22.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Pro Football of Famer and Jacksonville native Leroy Butler hosted his third annual Legends Football and Cheer Camp at the Police Athletic League on Monument Road on June 22.

Butler was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2022, going in alongside Jaguars legend Tony Boselli. Butler was born and raised in Jacksonville and graduated from Lee High School and later, Florida State.

Butler spent 12 seasons in the NFL and was a four-time Pro Bowl selection. He had 721 tackles, 38 career interceptions and forced 13 fumbles.

Butler and Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters both spoke to the campers before things got started.
