JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – High school athletes could first sign letters of intent with college programs last month. That picks up again this week when more local athletes put pen to paper and make their choices official. Here are athletes who have signed and others who will be signing this week. Football athletes can sign in the three-day early period beginning today and going through Friday.
