Rank, previous, school, record, classification

1. (2) Providence (6-1, Class 2A)

Quality wins: Bolles, Oakleaf, Ridgeview, Somerset Academy-Canyons, Trinity Catholic.

Notable: The Stallions have won four in a row since a loss to Cardinal Mooney, beating Oakleaf (62-39), Trinity Catholic (62-58) and Ridgeview (65-31) since our last Super 6. They’ve got a surging Bartram Trail on Friday night to round out the week.

2. (3) Bolles (5-3, Class 3A)

Quality wins: Gainesville, Ribault, Somerset Prep, Tocoi Creek

Notable: The Bulldogs have picked up some steam, rolling off four consecutive wins, including high quality Ws over Tocoi Creek (71-46) and previously unbeaten Gainesville (87-64). Abby Knauff and Evie Freeman are two of the big names for the Bulldogs. Very difficult week left, with 5-1 Seffner Christian and unbeaten Haines City on deck Friday and Saturday. Bolles’ only local loss is to No. 1 Providence.

3. (1) Bishop Kenny (4-2, Class 4A)

Quality wins: Godby, Paxon, Trinity Catholic.

Notable: The Crusaders went 1-1 since our last Super 6. They pounded a solid Paxon (58-16) but lost to previously ranked Ribault (48-43). They’re back in action Tuesday night against Oakleaf and Friday against Tocoi Creek. Kathleen Crawley (15 ppg, 6 rpg) leads the Crusaders in scoring. Abby Baker (6.7 ppg, 6.3 rpg) tops the team in boards.

4. (4) Creekside (7-1, Class 7A)

Quality wins: Fletcher, St. Augustine, Tocoi Creek.

Notable: The Knights bumped their winning streak to three games with wins over Menendez (50-47 in OT) and Riverside (44-34) since our last Super 6. Just one loss (48-44) coming to 4-1 Gainesville. They’ve got Fleming Island and Ponte Vedra on Thursday and Friday, respectively. Presley Brinkley (11.3 ppg), Cami Waters (10.9 ppg) and Brie McCoy (10.3 ppg, 10.8 rpg) are leading Creekside.

5. (5) Tocoi Creek (6-3, Class 6A)

Quality wins: Beachside, Buchholz, Florida High, Jackson, Nease.

Notable: Had a tough decision at this spot, with the Toros hanging on over others like Bartram Trail, Atlantic Coast and Jackson. Tocoi got taken apart by Bolles (71-46) in its last game out but still has a solid body of work. They’ve got road games at Menendez and No. 2 Bishop Kenny on Thursday and Friday, respectively.

6. (NR) Ribault (3-4, Class 4A)

Quality wins: Bishop Kenny, Raines.

Notable: The Trojans are back in the Super 6 after a week out. They’ve picked things up considerably, including a win over previous No. 1 Bishop Kenny. That win over the Crusaders ended a six-game losing streak to Kenny dating back to the 2021 season. It was Kenny’s first loss to a local team since a 62-52 game to Bartram Trail on Jan. 8, 2021. Ribault’s losses are to teams who are a combined 20-8. The only local loss for the Trojans is to Bolles in the opener. Trinity Berry (13.8 ppg) and Destiny Donaldson (12.5 ppg) are leading Ribault.
