JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Episcopal, St. Joseph and Wolfson won their boys soccer playoff openers on Tuesday night and head to Friday’s second round.
The top-seeded Wolfpack had no problems with Pensacola Catholic in Region 1-3A, rolling to a 5-0 win. They were the lone area survivor in that region as both Bolles and Keystone Heights bowed out. In 1-2A, Episcopal cruised by Taylor County 5-0. And St. Joseph thumped St. Johns Country Day 8-0 in 1-1A.

All three of those local teams are hosting Friday’s regional semifinals.
On tap Wednesday night is a heavyweight regional final in 1-6A between Bartram Trail and top-seeded Mandarin for a berth in the state semifinals.
