1. (1) Bolles (9-0, Class 1A)

Quality win: Bishop Verot, Fleming Island, Fletcher, Montverde, Nease, South Walton, Timber Creek.

Notable: The Bulldogs are on a roll, including big wins over Fleming Island (20-5) and South Walton (14-2) since our last Super 6. They enter spring break as the unquestioned No. 1 team. They’re off until facing Trinity Catholic on March 19.

2. (2) Ponte Vedra (9-1, Class 2A)

Quality wins: Allatoona (Ga.), Bartram Trail, Creekside, Episcopal, Fletcher, Jupiter, Nease, Starr’s Mill (Ga.), Winter Park.

Notable: The Sharks went 1-1 since our last Super 6, with a loss to Bishop Moore (10-6) and a big win over a quality Fletcher team, (10-3). They’re at the Heights (Maryland) and then Gonzaga (DC) before a week and a half off for spring break.

3. (4) Episcopal (10-2, Class 1A)

Quality win: Benedictine (Ga.), Menendez, Savannah Country Day (Ga.), South Walton, Trinity Catholic.

Notable: The Eagles went 2-1 since our last Super 6, beating Navarre and Niceville and then losing a 9-8 game in OT to Gulf Breeze. They’re off until March 21 when they resume things against No. 1 Bolles.

4. (5) Fletcher (8-2, Class 2A)

Quality wins: Bartram Trail, Fleming Island, St. Augustine.

Notable: The Senators went 1-1 since our last Super 6, belting Paxon (14-3) and losing to No. 2 Ponte Vedra (10-3). Riverside is up next on Thursday to round out the week.

5. (3) Nease (4-4, Class 2A)

Quality wins: Pope (Ga.), South Walton

Notable: The Panthers went 1-1 since our last Super 6, beating Matanzas (17-2) and losing to Winter Park (13-6). Tough week ahead with Buchholz and Trinity Catholic. Hesitated in moving Nease down because of the quality of their schedule but I opted to do that this week.

6. (6) Creekside (6-3, Class 2A)

Quality wins: Bartram Trail, Starr’s Mill (Ga.), Tocoi Creek.

Notable: The Knights had a pair of convincing wins since our last Super 6, thumping Providence (15-1) and Tocoi Creek (13-8). They’ve got Fleming Island and Bishop Moore up next to close out the week.

Others

Bartram Trail (6-3, Class 2A); Providence (6-4, Class 1A); St. Augustine (7-3, Class 1A); Tocoi Creek (4-5, Class 2A)
