According to the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators, 736 total agencies and 7,696 officers participated in Operation Dry Water in 2019. They are going to cut it up into whatever size they can handle and remove it, Clements said.

Vaughn's marker says that he was a Revolutionary War Patriot, and a veteran of the War of 1812 and the Florida Indian Wars. The family cemetery is on land granted by the United States government to the family as a pension in 1832.
