The Sheriff's Office noted that detectives previously seized 43 grams of methamphetamine and arrested a dealer out of the same house in September. According to the Sheriff's Office, Kelly Prowant, 36, was also arrested at the scene after methamphetamine and drug equipment was found in the bedroom that she claimed she had recently been living in. Harold suffers from several health issues that may require medical attention, and he was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black shorts and a camouflage hat that displayed the number "88" on the front. Since an arrest warrant charging Woods with violating the terms of his probation had been previously issued, according to the Sheriff's Office, narcotics detective took a "special interest in apprehending him" during the traffic stop Monday afternoon. The Sheriff's Office noted that Woods was sentenced Aug. 27 to five years of drug offender probation. During the traffic stop, detectives said they located 10.5 grams of methamphetamine, several ecstasy pills and numerous plastic baggies, which were hidden inside a fake WD-40 can.

The complaint alleges that he was involved in the performance of a sex act with a female inmate housed at the Baker County Detention Center while on duty Jan. 29. Investigators said there are no indications or allegations that force was used, and therefore no injuries have been reported.
