JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Edna Johnson, known affectionately by her loved ones as Grandma Edna, celebrated 100 years of life Monday. Grandma Edna was born in Georgia on Feb. 1, 1921. She moved to Florida and has been a resident of Jacksonville for more than 60 years. “We are so thankful to have her here to celebrate her 100th birthday!”Grandma Edna has three children, two of which are still living. The family bought a cut-out of Grandma Edna, balloons and a tiara to celebrate.

American actress and comedian Betty White will be turning 99 on Sunday! The “Golden Girls” actress has been quarantining at home during the pandemic, while working on the re-release of her 1970s show “The Pet Set,” according to reports. One of her highlighted memories is when she cooked for the 39th President of the United States, Jimmy Carter, at Cabin Bluff in Camden County.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Louisa Gunter celebrated 109 years of life on Wednesday! Her family and friends came to her home to help celebrate her birthday. She received love, money, sweet treats and gifts during her celebration. Gunter has nine children, 26 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren. She was the 14th of 15 children born in Levy, Florida but has been living in Baldwin, Florida for more than 80 years.
