Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro has reopened his official residence to the public barely a week after an arsonist’s fire tore through one wing.

A relative says the man accused of purposely setting fire to Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro’s official residence had struggled with his mental health and was twice treated at a psychiatric hospital in recent years.
