Kiaun Shannard Miller is charged with second-degree murder and his being held without bond in the Clay County jail. Deputies said Shantdella Garcon was found with multiple gunshot wounds at the Park at Matera apartment complex off Spencer Road in Orange Park. Neighbors said investigators were at the complex for hours on Christmas Day, gathering information. According to the 911 call, the caller said he had a bomb strapped to his chest and demanded money. “I want $30,000, otherwise I’m going to blow up the hostages and the entire building with by bombs. “It appears at this time the call concerning this incident was a prank,” deputies said in a release Friday afternoon. The SWAT team and their equipment packed up and left.
