Lacrosse takes center stage at Episcopal beginning Thursday evening with the first two of eight games in the High School 9:12′s Rivalry on the River event. Thanks to our partnership with Channel 4 The Local Station, we are proud to create this new platform to elevate high school sports and find special interest stories in the high school space, said High School 9:12 Executive Director Alan Verlander. CW17 will air the Flag Football World Championships the next two Sunday afternoons at 2:30 p.m. Teams are still competing during the pandemic, although theres no bigger stage now than the World Championships.
