The recent arrest of a 57-year-old man accused of child molestation and sending a child inappropriate text messages is once again placing a spotlight on the need for parents to closely monitor what their kids are doing online, especially as kids head back to school to start a new school year.

A former member of a North Jacksonville church connected to a case involving more than 30 years of sexual abuse pleaded not guilty Tuesday morning to two counts of sexual battery.

Paul Dyal, 78, is facing two counts of sexual battery on a child. When he appeared before a judge last month, he was ordered to be held without bond.
