District 3 commissioner Robby Hollingsworth is seeking re-election, and faces one challenger, Rusty Bailey. As this is a non-partisan race, it will be on the ballots of all voters, regardless of party affiliation in District 3, which mostly lies west of I-75 and south of I-10.

District 1 commissioner Ron Williams is seeking re-election, and faced two challengers in the August election. As no candidate got more than 50% of the vote, the top two finishers, Williams and Kevin Parnell, advance to the general election. This is a non-partisan race that will be on the ballots of all voters in District 1, which covers the northern part of the county.

Two Lake City council seats are on the August ballot. As nonpartisan offices, these are open to all voters in the district boundaries.

The only contested race for the Columbia County School Board this cycle is a three-way race in District 5. Hunter Peeler and Elizabeth Porter got the most votes in the August primary but neither got more than 50% of the vote, so they will face off in a runoff on the November ballot.

The only contested race for County Commission this cycle features Everett Phillip challenging incumbent Toby Witt for the District 4 seat, which covers the southeast quadrant of Columbia County. This race is nonpartisan and will appear on the August ballot of all voters in the district.
