The Clay County Sheriff’s Office has not filed any charges against Binderim, but detectives talked to him in jail about 65-year-old Susan Mauldin’s disappearance. Binderim appeared before a judge Wednesday in Duval County and will be back in court for arraignment on Dec. 30.
