JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Four men have been arrested as the result of an investigation into a multi-state drug trafficking operation, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. According to the arrest warrant, Scott was told to drive to Charlotte to pick up a kilogram of heroin in March.
