Neptune Beach voters will elect a mayor and a city council member this year. Council Seat 2 was also up for election, but Tim Horvath was the only candidate and was elected without opposition.

Two of five seats on the Neptune Beach City Council are up for election this year. As the only candidate for the Seat 5 position, incumbent Nia Livingston was elected without opposition.
