Mandarin’s Tramell Jones joined the short list among the top high school quarterbacks in area history with one very exclusive honor on Friday.

Trinity Christian’s Colin Hurley joined a short list among area players by making the Elite 11, an exclusive list among the top quarterbacks in the country. Competition in the three-day event wrapped up on Saturday in Redondo Beach, Calif.

Gators 2022 QB commit Nick Evers took part in the Elite 11 QB competition along with many of the nation’s top QBs.
