A 13-year-old boy was arrested just after Flager County Sheriff Rick Staly addressed concerns about a series of threats made at schools across the county.

After a week of shooting threats targeting schools in Flagler County, Sheriff Rick Staly held a press conference Thursday afternoon to address concerns and “set the record straight” on the incidents.

The Flagler County School District has found a new interim Superintendent to replace its current one, Cathy Mittelstadt, who they voted to oust last month.
