We could see another 1-2″ of rainfall Sunday causing backyards to flood, local waterways, and low lying roads. Our counties south of I-10 across NE FL have a chance to see strong to severe storms during the afternoon/evening. Unfortunately, the wet weather sticks around into Monday with cloudy skies and afternoon showers and storms. The Weather Authority will be watching closely to these changing events as the models focus in the possibilities of flooding rains.

There will be a few morning showers, it is more likely that the afternoon and evening hours will see a round, or two of storms. Some could have small hail and gusty winds, even to severe levels. Severe levels include winds above 60 mph and hail 1″ or greater. Sunrise Wednesday may still have a few showers and then skies will clear before the lunch hour.
