If you’re planning on attending any games this season, here’s what you need to know.

Game Day will be exciting with a dose of cold temperatures.

The Jaguars’ home opener is Sunday and as the team prepares to face the Indianapolis Colts, there are some things fans should keep in mind for Game Day.

High pressure across the region will continue deep easterly flow through Saturday.  Drier air has moved in from the east which will limit storm coverage.  Isolated showers, storms will develop along the east coast sea breeze and push inland.

Throughout the afternoon we’ll warm things up a few degrees into the upper 70s low 80s, with a mix of sun and clouds and a 30%-40% chance to see coastal showers along I-95. If you’re heading to the Jaguars game you’ll need to prepare for highs in the upper 70s, a bit of a breeze, and a chance for a stray shower or two. A new moon, king tides, and strong north northeasterly winds will cause minor to moderate tidal flooding. Next week, those northeasterly winds with partly cloudy skies will continue relentlessly. Keep an eye on the tropics as we are likely to see two systems develop.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A cold front rolled in overnight and winds will build out of the northeast and be rather gusty. Georgia folks will see more morning temperatures dip into the 50s. Afternoon highs around 80°, winds will be gusty NE 10-20 mph. Next week, those northeasterly winds with partly cloudy skies will continue relentlessly. Keep an eye on the tropics as we are likely to see two systems develop, Hello Epsilon and Zeta!
