The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory in the Suwannee Valley where the max Heat Index could range between 108-110.

Today's highs will be around 92 degrees for most of you inland, upper 80's for the Coast.

It's been so hot lately that Jacksonville has opened its cooling centers to help people with no air conditioning a chance to cool down.
