Working with U.S. Customs, Jacksonville HSI agents recently seized black market hydroxychloroquine, which some believe is a treatment for the coronavirus, in Orlando. “We’re seeing all types of things from teabags to pills, all types of supposed cures for COVID-19,” Phillips noted.

The indictment of Jacques Taylor, and Donnel Shavers, both 22, resulted by Homeland Security Investigations and the Ware County Sheriff's Office, with additional assistance from the Liberty County Sheriff's Office. "These defendants have been charged with committing heinous acts against young children," said U.S. Attorney Edward J. Tarver said. Ware County Sheriff Randy F. Royal added: "I am proud of our investigator, Detective Hope Salinas, who began the initial investigation, which led to Mr. Taylor and Mr. Shavers' arrests and their being charged with child molestation and other state-level felonies. The defendants are entitled to a fair trial, during which it will be the Government's burden to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
