Two sisters from Utah are suing the company behind the 911 software following a life-or-death attack from an intruder. When she called 911, Kaylis desperate struggle could be heard in the background, but the dispatchers never sent help, the lawsuit claims. "I remember thinking, All I need to do is call 911, if I call 911 they just need to know our address, they will send help.," she recalled. "No help was sent, Breann said, even after she kept screaming her address over and over again. "We needed help, that is all we were praying for was help to be sent," she added.

The family of a woman who drowned while a 911 operator appeared to mock her say they are appalled by the handling of her emergency, but they forgive the operator. But Inside Edition's investigation found instructors all over the country who had been arrested for allegedly indecently or sexually assaulting their young charges. Francis Lane, 76, is charged with indecent assault and battery of three teen girls while working as a driver's ed instructor in Plymouth, Massachusetts. "A couple of the breakers, half of them got burnt out and Im almost positive that's what's going on here, Schiller said. Schiller returned to the basement, where our team of producers watched Schiller cover the electrical panel without replacing a single breaker. "It seems like he might be trying to scam the customer out of changing a bunch of breakers, Siara said. The mother of the little girl accused of killing a 6-month-old baby at a day care in Wisconsin tells Inside Edition that the case is not what it seems. The girl was just 10 years old when she allegedly dropped the baby boy on Oct. 30 of last year. According to prosecutors, the child hit his head and began crying, at which point the girl started panicking and stomped on the baby to quiet him. "There is no way it was done in an intentional way," she told Inside Edition. The operation is like open-heart surgery hundreds of feet under the ground. A massive machine operates as a 2.7 million pound drill and is over 21 feet wide, 470 feet long. Workers actually go inside the machine in order to dig through the rock. It's been grinding and turning for 18 months and it just broke through the last few feet of rock, Bosch said.

Claire Saccardi, whose dog Harper was also affected, said she rushed her pup to the vet, but it was too late. All three dogs were exposed to deadly toxins in something called cyanobacteria, or blue-green algae. In North Carolina, Melissa Martin's three dogs died after being exposed to blue-green algae at a pond near her neighborhood. Experts recommend seeking medical help immediately if your dog appears to have trouble walking after being in a body of water. It is impossible to tell whether a blue-green algal bloom is toxic, but avoid the water if you spot one.

Gun sales are up in El Paso following Saturdays shooting at a Walmart in the city. At the Tactical Hunter gun shop, owner Ed Flores said sales are up in the wake of the massacre. In some cases, gun purchases do go up after mass shootings, according to a 2019 study in the JAMA Network Open journal. The research concluded that around 20% of mass shootings are often followed by a spike in gun sales. Following Saturdays shooting at Walmart, the big box chain says it is not banning firearm sales from its stores.

Doctors and nurses at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, rushed into action early Sunday morning as shooting victims poured in. "It was pretty surreal to see some the first casualties coming in," one member of the trauma team told Inside Edition. Police "did an amazing job," another team member added, acting so quickly to bring the injured for treatment. a third team member said.
