A family of a man who drowned in April while on a training dive in the Trout River has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against a troubled Jacksonville-based commercial diving school.

For the first time, the News4JAX I-TEAM is hearing from the leader of a group investigating a Jacksonville diving school that had two student deaths during training in about three months.
