The Jif company has put a product replacement claim form online for customers who are dealing with a peanut butter recall.

Consumers should double-check their jars of Jif peanut butter amid a recall, the Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Babies in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit at Wolfson Children’s Hospital of Jacksonville celebrated Halloween in adorable style this year. The tiny tots were dressed as adorable treats such as Jif peanut butter, jelly, Chick-fil-A and more. The team will dress up the babies in costumes on Saturday and post more photos on the Wolfson Children’s Hospital Facebook page. It was definitely a sweet treat for parents and staff. Many big, brand name food companies are struggling because of pressure from big grocery retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Target and Kroger, to keep prices low. Competition from innovative upstarts that are selling organic and natural products is a problem for many large traditional food companies, too. Smucker said Tuesday that Nutrish, the brand of dog and cat food endorsed by celebrity chef Rachael Ray, has been struggling. Smucker's bought Nutrish parent company Ainsworth in 2018 for nearly $2 billion.
