Strauss sister, Sandy James, urged Sacramento County Superior Court Judge Michael Bowman to send DeAngelo to Californias notorious supermaximum Pelican Bay State Prison. When he is finally transferred, he will automatically be sent to a maximum security prison, as are all those convicted of first-degree murder. It will be up to prison officials to decide which prison and whether he must be housed in a protective custody unit.

You know, we had that role in solving the Golden State Killer case, I kind of felt a void in my life. Interest in Holes will surely continue if anyone decides to do a scripted version of the Golden State Killer case. I fully expect that Ill be 80 years old and long retired and some reporters going to knock on the door, saying theyre doing a story about the Golden State Killer.
