There will be a lot more security at Landmark Middle School on Wednesday after a student was arrested for posting a threat targeting the school on social media. Every student and their belongings will be searched before they can go inside the school.

More COVID-19 vaccination clinics will be held through Duval County Public Schools’ partnership with the Florida Department of Health in Duval County and Health Hero Florida, the school district said.

A substitute teacher at Landmark Middle School was arrested Wednesday on a charge of child abuse, according to Duval County Public Schools.
