The Danish rider who won Stage 14 doubled down and raised his arms in victory again on Stage 19 on Friday, with another cunningly timed attack. He is 1 minute, 27 seconds off the race lead, which should put Roglic out of reach for him. But as they locked horns again on Stage 19, Andersen outsmarted them both.
