NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. – "Clueless" actress Stacey Dash has been arrested on a domestic battery charge in Florida. According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, Dash was arguing with a man at her New Port Richey apartment when she slapped him in the face. An arrest affidavit didn't identify the victim, but it said he had scratch marks on his left upper arm "from being pushed." Dash was arrested Sunday and booked into jail. The 52-year-old actress married lawyer Jeffrey Marty in Florida last year.

WELLINGTON, Fla. – A man accused of masturbating while looking through a girl's bedroom window in Wellington was beaten up by the girl's father and arrested, deputies said. According to a Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office probable cause affidavit, the girl's father caught Cassidy crouched in some bushes by the window with his hands in his pants. But the father, identified by WPBF as former NFL defensive back Tony Beckham, chased after Cassidy and tackled him to the ground. The girl told the deputy she had just gotten out of the shower and was getting dressed when Cassidy was looking through the window. Cassidy was taken to Wellington Regional Medical Center to be treated for fractures to his face and eye.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – A South Florida woman is accused of drunken driving with a 3-year-old child unbuckled in the back seat. Brandy Lerma, 31, of Boynton Beach, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving under the influence and child neglect, Local10.com reports. According to a Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office report, Lerma was stopped while driving south on Haverhill Road near Belvedere Road about 4:15 p.m.Another driver called 911 and followed her until deputies could initiate a traffic stop. When deputies arrived, they found Lerma sitting in the driver's seat with a toddler standing in the back seat, the report said. Lerma told deputies that she had two Fireball shots and had taken Percocet and Xanax.

VERO BEACH, Fla. – A Florida woman is accused of abandoning her 2-year-old son in a restaurant parking lot after she unsuccessfully tried to give him to strangers, police said. Amber Warner, 31, approached a couple as they were leaving the Kountry Kitchen in Vero Beach and tried to get them to take her son, who she was carrying, Vero Beach police said. Warner told the couple, "I can't do it," and then put the boy on the ground before driving away in a black truck, police said. Warner faces charges of unlawful desertion of a child and resisting arrest without violence. Her 2-year-old son appeared to be in good health and was placed in the custody of the Florida Department of Children and Families.

MIAMI – A Miami-Dade County man whose green hair and face tattoos resemble the look of Batman's nemesis the Joker was arrested Tuesday after pointing a gun at passing vehicles, police said. According to a Miami-Dade police report, police were alerted about a man with green hair and tattoos on his face standing at the corner of Southwest 104th Street and Hammocks Boulevard, pointing a gun at passing vehicles. When the officer asked the man, later identified as Sullivan, if he was armed, Sullivan said he had a gun in his pocket, police said. Sullivan told the officer that he didn't have a permit because it was too expensive, police said. Among the man's face tattoos are the words "Joker" stenciled across his forehead, next to a Batman logo with profanity scribbled within it.
