Shanna Gardner’s attorneys continue to argue that she should be released on bond ahead of her trial in the murder-for-hire plot that prosecutors say left her ex-husband, 33-year-old Jared Bridegan, dead.

The state has responded to a motion filed last month by Shanna Gardner’s defense team that claimed prosecutors had withheld evidence from the defense.
