Rescuers in India have found no additional survivors from the massive derailment involving two passenger trains that left more than 280 people dead and hundreds injured.

Heavy winds and a high tide are lashing parts of eastern India and neighboring Bangladesh as a cyclone moves ashore where more than 1.1 million people have evacuated.

Tens of thousands of people are being evacuated from low-lying areas of two Indian states to escape a strong cyclone barreling toward the eastern coast.
