Stephen Harrison, 49, was arrested and charged with five counts of auto theft and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. According to the report, three stolen vehicles were found on the property, which had been reported stolen from Americas Auto Auction Jacksonville on New Kings Road. Investigators determined four other vehicles on the property may also have been stolen but unreported.

The names of both were redacted in the crash report. According to the crash report, the passenger who survived told JSO that White had been drinking, and the officer wrote that White appeared intoxicated. The crash report shows he told JSO he saw the pickup truck coming at him at a high rate of speed and couldnt maneuver to avoid being hit.
