Friday night was the “Night to Shine” for hundreds of people in our community with special needs as they get their own prom.

Friday night was a night to remember for more than 1,000 people with special needs who were crowned Kings and Queens of the prom at the 9th Annual Night to Shine Prom, which was held at a new location: the Prime Osborn Convention Center.

Roughly 450 churches participated across 39 countries in the 8th Annual Night to Shine event on Friday -- which was again a virtual and drive-thru red carpet experience because of the ongoing pandemic.
