The woman told law enforcement that Sherman was very excited, repeatedly saying that her character "is my favorite." Law enforcement officials and the incident report did not indicate exactly where the incident allegedly happened or what Disney character the employee was portraying. Sherman was booked into the Orange County Jail, but records show he is no longer there.

She is accused of using the cash and credit cards to buy gas for her car, food at a restaurant and of attempting to purchase $250 in alcohol. The Orlando Sentinel reports Agosto was arrested Aug. 1 on charges including unlawful possession of a stolen credit card and petit theft.
