An investigation by the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office led to the arrest of a 61-year-old man on Friday and he was charged with second-degree murder after an altercation on North Main Street in December.

All lanes of North Main Street near Andrew Jackson High School in the Brentwood neighborhood have been closed off by the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
