(CNN) - Police in Maryland have released the name of a man wanted on murder charges for the fatal stabbing of a customer outside a Popeyes restaurant last weekThe suspect was identified Tuesday as 30-year-old Ricoh McClain, the Prince George's County Police Department said in a news release. Police are asking for the public's help in locating McClain, who is considered armed and dangerous. McClain confronted Davis about his conduct, and 15 seconds later the two went outside the restaurant, where McClain stabbed Davis, police said. Police last week released a photo of McClain and a woman who was with him when he fled.

Rapper Quavo, of the group Migos, is ready to save the day and make our chicken sandwich dreams come true. Popeye's first announced their new chicken sandwich on Twitter earlier this month, and Black Twitter was all over it, with the sandwich dominating discussions. The Popeye's sandwich is remarkably similar to Chick-fil-A's. It features a fried chicken fillet on a brioche bun, complemented by a few pickles and a slather of mayonnaise.

Those who took ecdysterone saw their performance improve by three times as much as those who did not. "We saw drastic increases in maximum performance in bench press in the group that took ecdysterone," co-author Maria Parr, a doping researcher at the university's Institute of Pharmacy, told CNN via telephone. The study was partly funded by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), and researchers recommend that ecydysterone be included on the agency's banned list. Co-author Francesco Botr, director of the Italian anti-doping agency (FMSI), told CNN that the team are now investigating ways to test for ecdysterone. The agency has recently been embroiled in controversy over the September 2018 reinstatement of the Russian anti-doping agency RUSADA.
