The U.S. Postal Service will hold a first-day-of-issue ceremony to unveil a stamp honoring late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. USPS says the new Forever stamp honoring Ginsburg celebrates her "her groundbreaking contributions to justice, gender equality and the rule of law."
