The second vigil to honor the three victims fatally shot by a Clay County man turned into a rally against hate crimes committed against people because of the color of their skin, ethnicity or sexual orientation.

Community members, faith and city leaders joined together Sunday at a prayer vigil to remember the live of three victims who were violently killed in a Saturday’s mass shooting at a Dollar General.
