(AP Photo/Jim Rassol)MIAMI โ Bad Bunny topped Univision's โPremio Lo Nuestroโ awards with seven wins on a night that included a tribute to late Mexican singer-composer Armando Mazanero and performances by some of the biggest names in Latin music. Among the winners at Thursday's show were pop singer Camilo and the Mexican band Grupo Firme, which took home five awards apiece. Bad Bunnyโs awards included the nightโs top honor, artist of the year, as well as album of the year and best urban artist of the year. A total of 147 artists were nominated in 34 categories honoring various musical styles, including pop, urban, tropical and regional Mexican.

Read full article: Romeo Santos is first Latin artist to headline MetLife Stadium(CNN) - Romeo Santos made history Saturday night, becoming the first Latin artist to headline New Jersey's MetLife Stadium. Santos also announced that MetLife Stadium said his show was the single highest-grossing concert in the stadium's history, a record previously held by U2. The album pays homage to the classic bachata artists that inspired Santos when he began his career in the 1990s. At the concert, Santos shared the spotlight with some of those artists, many of whom feature on "Utopia." In 2014, he became the first Latin solo artist to headline a concert at New York's Yankee Stadium.

The nominees for this years Latin American Music Awards were announced Wednesday morning, and for the second consecutive year, Ozuna leads with nine nominations. Produced by Telemundo, the awards show will take place on Oct. 17 at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood, California. Other top nominees include Romeo Santos and Bad Bunny with eight nominations each, followed by Anuel AA with seven. Marc Anthony, Maluma, Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee and Sebastian Yatra garnered four each, and Becky G, Rosalia, Pedro Capo, Wisin y Yandel, DJ Snake and Drake round out the top nominees with three each.
